Volunteer Congress
December 5th marks International Volunteer Day. The Office for Volunteer recognises this important day by hosting the free State Volunteer Congress.
The Congress seeks to play an important role
in the dissemination of information and topical
themes to South Australian volunteers.
Each year a range of speakers are invited to address the volunteer community. Topics have been wide and varied ranging from youth participation to building community capacity.
The Volunteer Congress is a free event and aimed at volunteers and paid staff who are managing/coordinating volunteer programs or involved in developing the capacity of volunteer involving organisations.
